The 2009 All Points West Music & Arts Festival is a three-day event at Liberty State Park in Jersey City, NJ. Featuring a lineup of some of music's biggest artists, thousands of attendees weathered the mud and rain to enjoy the sights and sounds.
Lightwave accompanied Ghostland Observatory at the festival for their performance on Day 3 of the event, August 2, 2009.
Many considered Ghostland Observatory's performance at APW the best of the festival - a true testament to the power of their on-stage performance. The band, while small and still relatively new, has an enormous presence on stage when their unique electronic dance rock sound combines with the impact of the world's most powerful lasers beaming in every direction above the crowd. The quantity and quality of this musical and visual synergy blasts away other laser performances, leaving the audience shocked and overwhelmed by the experience.
Lightwave received a 2009 ILDA award for their live performance work with Ghostland Observatory. Lightwave Prism Series lasers are the world's most advanced live performance lasers.
